Your documents

• Files you choose are read and processed by code running in your browser tab. They are not uploaded to FreeToolBench, to Ragana Inc., or to any other server.
• Results are created on your device and downloaded from your own browser. Closing the tool or the tab releases them. We never receive, store, or see your files or their contents.
• Passwords you enter to protect or unlock a PDF, and passwords created with Generate password, are used only in your browser and are not stored or sent.
• Text, code, and numbers you enter into the text tools, developer tools, and calculators are processed in your browser and are not uploaded or stored. If you paste Markdown or HTML that references remote images, the preview may load those images from their original websites.
• Processing engines (for example PDF rendering, encryption, and OCR) are downloaded from this website when a tool needs them. The OCR language model may be cached by your browser so it does not need to download again. No document content is sent when engines load.

Information we collect

FreeToolBench has no accounts or sign-in, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details to use the tools. The information described below is collected automatically by the services that host and support the site.

Hosting

The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web host, it processes standard request information—such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested—to deliver pages and protect the service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which tools are used. It receives the page address (without any query string or fragment), the page title, and—when you start processing—the tool’s name and category. It does not receive file names, file contents, passwords, form entries, or download details. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are turned off. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and processes data under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising

FreeToolBench shows ads served by Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies and collect information such as your device, browser, and pages visited to serve, personalize, and measure ads. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. FreeToolBench never passes your documents to advertisers. The ad script runs on the same pages as the tools; if you prefer that no third-party code is present while you work, use an ad blocker or a browser profile with third-party scripts disabled—the tools keep working.

Fonts

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser details.

Cookies and your choices

FreeToolBench itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set cookies or use similar storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use an ad blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google’s consent message; until you choose, analytics and advertising storage stay off, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link the message provides.

Children

FreeToolBench is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal information about you. Because FreeToolBench does not collect your files or account details, most information related to your visit is held by Google under its own policies. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the services it uses change. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
